Rotary Drives

  • Angle of rotation is 0-180deg fully adjustable with built in stopscrews w fine threads.
  • Stopscrews are compatible with BA sensing switches.
  • End stops deceleration with available shock absorbers (RD-2, RD-3 only).
  • Designed for production rates and long life.
  • Two sealed ball bearings at the top & bottom of drive shaft.
  • Tapped holes & offset dowel pin are in shaft & driving flange allows for higher torque transmittal & accuracy.
  • Bearings are positioned very close to the drive gear for rigidity, precision, wear resistance, & accuracy.
  • Shaft is stopped with an adjustable hard stopscrew against a hardened pin which eliminates backlash.
